Ingredients
1/3 cup oil
4-5 curry leaves
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
4 large tomato (chopped)
1 large carrot (cut into small slices/dices)
1/2 tsp crashed red chilli
1 small green chilli (sliced)
1/3 tsp chinese salt
1 cup potato (boiled, small sliced)
400gr Macaroni pasta (boiled in deep water with 2 tsp salt & 1 tsp oil)
